Compression

Remarkable Compression you have to feel! 100mm Hg

Compression Therapy
Compression therapy involves applying pressure to the affected area using compression garments, wraps, or devices. It helps to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and provide support to injured tissues.

Intermittent Compression
Intermittent compression is often used post-exercise or post-injury to accelerate the removal of metabolic waste products and reduce swelling. It can also be used during long periods of immobilization to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

It helps to improve venous return, reduce edema, and prevent the progression of these conditions.

Combining Contrast and Compression Therapy
In some cases, therapists may combine contrast and compression therapy to enhance the benefits of both modalities. For example, applying contrast therapy with compression can help to reduce swelling, manage pain, and promote tissue healing more effectively.
